【お届け日について】

通常商品はお支払い確認後、平均で2営業日以内に発送しております。

限定品などで注文が殺到した場合、最大で7営業日かかる場合がございますので、ご了承ください。

※作品・商品によっては、後日配送のものがございますので、ご注文時に商品ページのご確認をお願いいたします。

【返品・交換について】

お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお断りしております。

商品到着時に破損・不良品がございましたら、お受け取りから7日以内にご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。

その際に、付属品やタグ、箱もご一緒に保管をお願いいたします。

※作家による一点ものの作品や数に限りのある商品は、返品交換に応じられない場合もございます。ご了承くださいませ。

【お問い合わせ後、返事が届かない場合】

お手数ですがご入力いただいたメールアドレスと、迷惑メールフォルダに振り分けられていないかご確認お願いいたします。

当店メールアドレス「order@howhouse.jp」または「info@howhouse.jp」からご返信いたしますので、

メール受信許可の設定をお願いいたします。

【納品書について】

ご購入いただいたお客様とお届け先が異なる場合、商品に納品書は同梱しておりませんので、

納品書が必要なお客様は、備考欄へご記入ください。

【海外発送について】

現在の特殊な社会情勢により、国や地域によって、ご希望の配送方法での発送が出来ない場合や、

お届けまでに2週間以上お時間をいただく場合がございます。

また、送料について、一部の国や地域に配送料金の値上げなどが発生しております。

ご注文が完了した場合でも、お選びいただいた配送方法や送料でお届けが出来ない場合がございますので、ご了承ください。

立体作品については、梱包手数料をご負担いただく場合がございます。

梱包代や代行会社への配送料などを含む発送手数料を頂戴する事となりました。

手数料のみ、または送料金に手数料を上乗せして請求いたしますのでご了承ください。

From June 1,2022,EMS and international parcel charges will be revised and special additional charges will be introduced.

We have decided to charge a shipping fee that includes the cost of packaging and delivery to the agency.

Please note that we will charge only the handling fee or the shipping fee plus the handling fee.
